A cancellation notice must be made in writing by the same person who signed the service agreement. A cancellation notice received more than 15 days from the date of the service agreement is subjected to a refund after the deduction of the proportionate service rendered and cost if any occurred. A cancellation notice received after more than 30 days shall not be entertained in any circumstances.
